분리 및 배양에 사용되는 배지입니다. * 일반규격과 식품공전 규격이
통합되었습니다. * 기본적으로 Egg Yolk Emulsion [MB-E1864]와 Kanamycin
Solution [MB-K0784]가 포함되어 제작된 배지입니다. Clostridium Perfringens Agar Plate [MB-C1382-P50] Medium used for the isolation and cultivation of Clostridium perfringens from meat and
other foodstuffs. * Equally
use with MFDS (MB-C1382K). * 식품공전 규격과 동일한 제품입니다. PACKAGE Description Quantity Cat. No Clostridium Perfringens Agar Plate 50 plates/box MB-C1382-P50 PROCEDURE Suspend 60.05 G of powder in 900 mL of distilled or deionized water. Heat
to boiling until completely dissolved. Sterilize by autoclave at 121°C for 15
minutes. Cool to 45 - 50°C in water bath. Aseptically add 10% of Egg Yolk Emulsion
(MB-E1864) and 2 vials of Kanamycin Solution (MB-K0784). Mix well. Pour into
petri dishes.
