Modified Bt-Cry3A – ELISA Kit (GMO 진단키트)

The Agdia mBt-Cry3A ELISA is a qualitative immunoassay which effectively detects the modified Cry3A protein (mCry3A) expressed from Agrisure® RW (MIR604) seed corn and leaves. The mCry3A protein can also be detected from the hybrid corn stacked-trait varieties, Agrisure® CB/LL/RW and Agrisure® GT/RW.

The mBt-Cry3a antibody recognizes mBt-Cry3A protein and shows no cross-reaction with Bt-Cry3Bb1, Bt-Cry34Ab, Bt-Cry1Ab, Bt-Cry1Ac, Bt-Cry1F, Bt-Cry9C, CP4 EPSPS (Roundup Ready®) or PAT (LibertyLink®).
