Acidovorax avenae subsp. citrulli (Aac) – ELISA Kit

This ELISA test is a qualitative serological assay for the detection of Acidovorax avenae subsp. citrulli (Aac), the causal agent of bacterial fruit blotch, in cucurbit leaves, fruit, bacterial cultures, and seedlings. Aac is divided into two distinct groups. Group I strains are associated with non-watermelon plants while Group II strains are associated with watermelon plants.
