* 멤브레인 필터에 사용되는 물로부터 분변 대장균군
분리 및 계수를 위한 배지입니다.
* 배지 앞의 소문자 m은 멤브레인의 약자입니다.
* 해당 배지는 고압증기멸균법을 사용하면 안되며, 가열 멸균하는 배지입니다.

Medium used for the identification and determination of
fecal coliforms from water by membrane filter technique.

PROCEDURE
Suspend 52.1 G of powder in 1 L of distilled or deionized
water. Aseptically add 2 vials of Rosolic Acid supplement (MB-R1829). Heat to
boiling until completely dissolved. DO NOT
AUTOCLAVE. Cool to 45 - 50°C in water bath. Mix well.
Pour into petri dishes.
STORE
The powder is very hygroscopic. Store the powder at room
temperature, in a dry environment, in its original container tightly closed and
use it before the expiry date on the label. Store prepared medium at 2 - 8°C.
