* 살모넬라 선택배지 지정 시, XLD Agar는 필수로 사용해야 하며, 그 외 1가지 배지를 추가로 선택하는 경우 아래의 배지를 자주 사용합니다.

* 해당 배지는 가열멸균 제품이며, 과하게 멸균하는 경우 침전물이 생길 수 있습니다.

XLT4 Agar [MB-X1092]

Medium used for the isolation and cultivation of non-typhi Salmonella.

* Equally use with MFDS(MB-X1092K).

* 식품공전과 동일한 규격입니다.

PACKAGE

* 500ml x 10 제품의 경우, 500ml 배지를 제조할 수 있는 파우더 양만큼 소분되어있는 제품입니다.

* XLT4 supplement (별도 구매 필요)

PROCEDURE

Suspend 59.03 G of powder in 1 L of distilled or deionized water. Add 2 vials of XLT 4 supplement (MB-X1871). Heat to boiling until completely dissolved. Avoid overheating. DO NOT AUTOCLAVE. Cool to 45 - 50°C in water bath. Pour into petri dishes.

STORE

The powder is very hygroscopic. Store the powder at room temperature, in a dry environment, in its original container tightly closed and use it before the expiry date on the label. Store prepared medium at 2 - 8°C.
