상품 상세설명 Detail Product
* 이 배지는 냉장보관 제품입니다. 습도가 많은 곳에서 장기간 사용 시, 파우더가 뭉칠 수 있습니다.
* 유산균을 배양 하기 위한 가장 기본적인 배지입니다.
* 일부 유산균 배양 시, 혐기 조건을 지켜줘야하는 경우가 있으므로, 혐기배양 시설이 없는 경우에는 관련 상품의 혐기팩(AnaeroBag)과 혐기배양기(Anaerobic Jar)를 함께 구매하여 사용해보세요!
* Glucose를 제외하고 다른 당류를 넣어 유산균 배양 시에는 “MRS Agar/Broth withoug Glucose” 제품을 구매하실 수 있습니다.
* 동물성 성분이 없는 배지로 실험하고자 하는 경우에는 “MRS Agar/Broth (non-animal)” 제품을 구매하실 수 있습니다.

PROCEDURE
Suspend 69.33 G of powder in 1 L of distilled or deionized water. Heat to
boiling until completely dissolved. Sterilize by autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes. Cool to 45-50°C
in water bath. Mix well. Dispense in petri dishes.
STORE
The powder is very hygroscopic. Store the powder at 2 - 8°C, in a dry environment, in its original container tightly
closed and use it before the expiry date on the label. Store prepared medium at
2 - 8°C.
