* 브루셀라 속을 배양하기 위한 증균배양 배지입니다.

* Bovine serum은 필수로 첨가해야하는 첨가제이며, 필요 시 Bovine serum 대신 Sheep blood 또는 Horse blood를 첨가해주시면 됩니다.

* 대체 첨가제로 Sheep blood 또는 Horse blood 첨가 시, 해당 혈액은 유효기간이 입고일로부터 3~4주 정도로 짧은 제품이므로 꼭 현 재고상태 및 유효기간 확인 후 구매하시기 바랍니다.

Brucella Broth [MB-B2134]

Medium used for the cultivation and enumeration of Brucella species and other fastidious microorganisms.

* Equally use with MFDS (MB-B2134K).

* 식품공전 규격과 동일한 제품입니다.

PACKAGE

* 500ml x 10 제품의 경우, 500ml 배지를 제조할 수 있는 파우더 양만큼 소분되어있는 제품입니다.

PROCEDURE

Suspend 28.1 G of powder in 950 mL or 900 mL of distilled or deionized water. Heat to boiling until completely dissolved. Sterilize by autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes. Cool to 45 - 50°C in water bath. Aseptically add 5 to 10% sterile Bovine Serum (MB-B1887, required heat inactivation at 56°C for 30 miniutes). If necessary, add 5 to 10% sterile Sheep Blood Defibrinated (MB-S1876) or Horse Blood Defibrinated (MB-H1883) instead of Bovine Serum (MB-B1887). Pour into tubes.

STORE

The powder is very hygroscopic. Store the powder at room temperature, in a dry environment, in its original container tightly closed and use it before the expiry date on the label or until signs of deterioration or contamination are evident. Store prepared medium at 2 - 8°C.
