* Lactobacilli의 배양에 사용되는 배지입니다.
* Glucose가 기본으로 포함되어 있는 MRS Broth에서 Glucose를
제외한 제품으로, 원하는 당을 추가로 첨가할 수 있습니다.
* 일부 유산균 배양 시, 혐기 조건을 지켜줘야하는 경우가 있으므로, 혐기배양 시설이 없는 경우에는 관련 상품의 혐기팩(AnaeroBag)과
혐기배양기(Anaerobic Jar)를 함께 구매하여 사용해보세요!

PROCEDURE
Suspend 48.25 G of powder in 1 L of distilled or
deionized water. Add 20.0 G of glucose. Heat until completely dissolved.
Sterilize by autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes. Cool to 45-50°C in water bath.
Dispense into petri dish.
STORE
The powder is very hygroscopic. Store the powder at
room temperature, in a dry environment, in its original container tightly
closed and use it before the expiry date on the label or until signs of
deterioration or contamination are evident. Store prepared medium at 2 - 8°C.
