4~6개월 정도이므로 보유한 제품의 유효기간을 확인하시려면 본사 문의 후 구매바랍니다.
* 권장 보관온도 : 2~25℃, 배지 보관 시 온도변화가 많은 경우 이슬이 생길 수
있으니 참고 부탁드립니다. (기산바이오 생배지는 습기 조절을 위해 흡습제가 동봉되어 있습니다.)

fastidious, aerobic and anaerobic microorganisms.

PROCEDURE
Suspend 52.0 G of powder in 1 L of distilled or deionized
water. Heat to boiling until completely dissolved. Sterilize by autoclave at
121°C for 15 minutes. Cool to
45 - 50°C in water bath. If necessary, aseptically add
5 - 10% of Sheep Blood Defibrinated (MB-S1876) or Horse Blood Defibrinated
(MB-H1883). Mix well. Pour into petridishes.
