* 생균수 측정 시, 항생제가 첨가되지 않은 배지를 사용하는 경우에는 Sabouraud Dextrose (SD) Agar [MB-S1527] 제품을 사용하시면 됩니다.

* Chloramphenicol의 역할은 적정량 배지에 첨가되는 경우 세균의 성장을 억제시켜, 진균/곰팡이의 배양에 배지가 더 잘 사용될 수 있도록 도와주는 역할을 합니다.

PROCEDURE

Suspend 65.05 G of powder in 1 L of distilled or deionized water. Heat to boiling until completely dissolved. Sterilize by autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes. Cool to 45 - 50°C in water bath. Mix well. Pour into petri dishes.

STORE

The powder is very hygroscopic. Store the powder at room temperature, in a dry environment, in its original container tightly closed and use it before the expiry date on the label or until signs of deterioration or contamination are evident. Store prepared medium at 2 - 8°C.’
