* 해당 배지에는 소량의 Agar(고형제)가 첨가되어 있어 별도의 혐기 배양을 하지 않아도 혐기성 균이 검출될 수 있도록 제작된 배지입니다. (대한약전 상에는 혐기배양의 기준이 없는 이유)

Reinforced Clostridial Semi-Solid [MB-R1096]

Medium used for the cultivation and enumeration of Clostridium spp. and other anaerobes from foods and clinical specimens.

* Equally use with KP (MB-R1096P), USP, EP and Clostridium Broth (MB-C1056).

* 대한약전, USP, EP 규격과 동일하며 Clostridium Broth [MB-C1056] 제품과 통합되었습니다.

PACKAGE

* 500ml x 10 제품의 경우, 500ml 배지를 제조할 수 있는 파우더 양만큼 소분 되어있는 제품입니다.

PROCEDURE

Suspend 38.0 G of powder in 1 L of distilled or deionized water. Heat to boiling until completely dissolved. Sterilize by autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes. Cool to 45 - 50°C in water bath. Mix well. Pour into tubes.

STORE

The powder is very hygroscopic. Store the powder at room temperature, in a dry environment, in its original container tightly closed and use it before the expiry date on the label or until signs of deterioration or contamination are evident. Store prepared medium at 2 - 8°C.
