* Heterofermantative Lactobacilli 및 높은 티아민 함량을 요구하는 기타 유기체의 배양에 사용되는 배지입니다.
* 기존 별도로 첨가해야 했던 Tween 80가 배지에 첨가되었습니다.

Medium used for the cultivation of heterofermentative
lactobacilli and other organisms requiring high thiamine content.

PROCEDURE
Suspend 46.18 G of powder in 1 L of distilled or
deionized water. Heat to boiling until completely dissolved. Sterilize by
autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes. Cool to 45-50°C in water bath. Mix well.
Dispense in tubes.
STORE
The powder is very hygroscopic. Store the powder at
room temperature, in a dry environment, in its original container tightly
closed and use it before the expiry date on the label or until signs of
deterioration or contamination are evident. Store prepared medium at 2 - 8°C.
