* 포도당 발효에 기초하여 Lactobacilli 배양에 사용되는 배지입니다. Snyder Test Agar [MB-S0684] Medium used for the estimation of Lactobacilli based on dextrose fermentation. PACKAGE Description Quantity Cat. No Snyder Test Agar 500g MB-S0684 PROCEDURE Suspend 65.02 G of powder in 1L of distilled or deionized
water. Heat to boiling until completely dissolved. Sterilize by autoclave at
121°C for 15 minutes. Cool to 45-50°C in water bath. Mix well. Arrange tubes in
a slanted position. If necessary dispense the medium before autoclave. STORE The powder is very hygroscopic. Store the powder at room
temperature, in a dry environment, in its original container tightly closed and
use it before the expiry date on the label or until signs of deterioration or
contamination are evident. Store prepared medium at 2 - 8°C.
