Coloring and fixative solution for eggs and faecal parasite.

PROCEDURE

1. In a empty bottle, transfer 12mL of MIF Solution and 1mL of Lugol Solution extemporaneously.

2. Take with apposite loop a little quantity of faeces and crush it against the internal side of flask.

3. Close up the lid and mix until the homogeneous suspension of sample.

4. Leave to replace for 1 hour.

5. Take with a pipette a little quantity of sample and to put down a drop on microscope slide.

6. Cover the microscope slide and examine at microscope.

STORE

Store MIF Color Kit at 10-25°C in its original packaging. If properly stored, the MIF Color Kit can be used until the expiry date shown on the label. Do not use after this date.
