* 아미노산 탈 카르복실화를
기반으로 미생물 식별 및 결정에 사용되는 배지입니다.
* L-arginine [MB-A4155], L-lysine [MB-L6215],
L-ornithine [MB-O4638] 등을 추가로 10g 배지에 첨가해, Decarboxylase 효소의 활성을 확인하기 위한 배지이므로 별도로 제품을 추가 구매해야 합니다.
* 식품공전 규격과 동일한 제품입니다.

Medium used for the identification and determination of
organisms on the basis of amino acid decarboxylation.

10 제품의 경우, 500ml 배지를 제조할 수 있는 파우더 양만큼 소분 되어있는 제품입니다.
PROCEDURE
Suspend 10.52 G of powder in 1 L of distilled or
deionized water. Add 10 g of either L-arginine or L-lysine or L-ornithine. Heat
to boiling until completely dissolved. Sterilize by autoclave at 121°C for 10
minutes. Cool to 45 - 50°C in water bath. Mix well. Pour into tubes.
STORE
The powder is very hygroscopic. Store the powder at room
temperature, in a dry environment, in its original container tightly closed and
use it before the expiry date on the label or until signs of deterioration or
contamination are evident. Store prepared medium at 2 - 8°C.
