INTERPRETATION
Beef Extract is highly nutritious and is used preparing microbiological culture media. It is prepared from very low fat bovine skeletal muscle and marrow, which is spinal column free with no tendons. It is recommended for use in culture media for bacteriological examination.
STORE
The powder is very hygroscopic. Store the powder at room temperature, in a dry environment, in its original container tightly closed and use it before the expiry date on the label or until signs of deterioration are evident.
