* 진균 및 곰팡이를 배양하기 위한 가장 기본적인 배지입니다.
* 대한약전 내에서 미생물한도시험 중 생균수시험 + 특정미생물시험 중 칸디다알비칸스 선택배지로 사용되는 배지입니다.
* 생균수 측정 시, 세균의 배양을 억제시키기 위해 항생제가 첨가된 배지를 사용하는 경우에는 Sabouraud Dextrose (SD) Agar with Chloramphenicol No.2 [MB-S0904] 제품을 사용하시면 됩니다.
* Chloramphenicol의 역할은 적정량 배지에 첨가되는 경우 세균의 성장을 억제시켜, 진균/곰팡이의 배양에 배지가 더 잘 사용될 수 있도록 도와주는 역할을 합니다.

Sabouraud Dextrose (SD) Agar [MB-S1527]
Medium used for the cultivation and enumeration of yeast,
pathogenic and nonpathogenic fungi, particularly dermatophytes.
* Equally
use with KP (MB-S1527P), USP, EP, Sabouraud Agar (MB-S1103) and Sabouraud
Dextrose(4%) Agar (MB-S2247).
* 대한약전, 미국약전, 유럽약전, Sabouraud Agar (MB-S1103),
Sabouraud Dextrose(4%) Agar와 동일한 규격입니다.

10 제품의 경우, 500ml 배지를 제조할 수 있는 파우더 양만큼 소분 되어있는 제품입니다.
PROCEDURE
Suspend 65.0 G of powder in 1 L of distilled or deionized
water. Heat to boiling until completely dissolved. Sterilize by autoclave at
121°C for 15 minutes. Cool to
45 - 50°C in water bath. Mix well. Pour into petri
dishes.
STORE
The powder is very hygroscopic. Store the powder at room temperature, in a dry environment, in its original container tightly closed and use it before the expiry date on the label or until signs of deterioration or contamination are evident. Store prepared medium at 2 - 8°C.
