* 파우더 제품과 달리 유효기간이
2~3개월 정도이므로 보유한 제품의 유효기간을 확인하시려면 본사 문의 후 구매바랍니다.
* 첨가제의 경우 Sheep Blood Defibrinate [MB-S1876]이 5% 첨가되어
제조되었습니다.
* 높은 온도에 장기간 노출될 경우 배지의 색이 진하게 변할 수 있습니다.

PROCEDURE
Suspend 40.0 G of powder in 950 mL of distilled or deionized water. Heat to boiling until completely dissolved. Sterilize by autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes. Cool to 45-50°C in water bath. Aseptically add 5 - 7% of Sheep Blood Defibrinated (MB-S1876) or Horse Blood Defibrinated (MB-H1883). Mix well. Pour into petri dishes.
