10 Á¦Ç°ÀÇ °æ¿ì, 500ml ¹èÁö¸¦ Á¦Á¶ÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ´Â ÆÄ¿ì´õ ¾ç¸¸Å ¼ÒºÐ µÇ¾îÀÖ´Â Á¦Ç°ÀÔ´Ï´Ù.
PROCEDURE
Suspend 25.8 G of powder in 1 L of distilled or deionized
water. Heat to boiling until completely dissolved. Sterilize by autoclave at
121¡ÆC for 15 minutes. Cool to 45-50¡ÆC in water bath. Add 50ug of trimethoprim.
Add 1ml of Bacillus subtilis spore suspension. Mix well. Dispense in petri
dishes.
STORE
The powder is very hygroscopic. Store the powder at room
temperature, in a dry environment, in its original container tightly closed and
use it before the expiry date on the label. Store prepared medium at 2 - 8¡ÆC.
