Listeria Enrichment Broth [MB-L2192]
Medium used for the isolation and cultivation of Listeria monocytogenes.
*Equally use with MFDS (MB-2192K) and
Listeria Enrichment Broth (Lovett) (MB-L1326).
*식품공전, 축산물공전 규격과 동일한 제품입니다.

*500ml x 10 제품의 경우, 500ml 배지를 제조할 수 있는 파우더 양만큼 소분 되어있는 제품입니다.
PROCEDURE
Suspend 36.11 G of powder in 1 L of distilled or deionized water. Heat to
boiling until completely dissolved. Sterilize by autoclave at 121°C for 15
minutes. Cool to 45 - 50°C in water bath. Mix well. Pour into tubes.
STORE
The powder is very hygroscopic. Store the powder at room temperature, in a dry environment, in its original container tightly closed and use it before the expiry date on the label. Store prepared medium at 2 - 8°C.
