ALOA Agar (Agar Listeria) [MB-A1620]

Medium used for the isolation and identification of Listeria monocytogenes.

* Equally use with MFDS (MB-A1620K) and Color O.A. Listeria Agar (MB-C1620).

PACKAGE

* 500ml x 10 제품의 경우, 500ml 배지를 제조할 수 있는 파우더 양만큼 소분되어있는 제품입니다.

* 식품공전에 따라 실험하는 경우에는 O.A Listeria Agar supplement 와 Phosphatidyl Inositol supplement를 첨가해야합니다.

* O.A. Listeria Agar supplement (별도 구매 필요)

* Phosphatidyl Inositiol supplement (별도 구매 필요)

* Lecithin solution (별도 구매 필요)

PROCEDURE

Suspend 72.05 G of powder in 942 mL of distilled or deionized water. Heat to boiling until completely dissolved. Sterilize by autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes. Cool to 45 - 50°C in water bath. Aseptically add 2 vials of O.A. Listeria Agar supplement (MB-O0774). And add 2 vials of Phosphatidyl Inositol supplement (MB-P0775) or Lecithin Solution (MB-L3072) to observe phospholipase reaction. Mix well. Pour into petri dishes.

STORE

The powder is very hygroscopic. Store the powder at room temperature, in a dry environment, in its original container tightly closed and use it before the expiry date on the label. Store prepared medium at 2 - 8°C.
