* 살모넬라 속의 선택배양을 위한 배지입니다.

* 해당 배지는 식품공전 규격에 맞는 배지이므로, 대한약전 규격에 맞는 제품을 구매하고자 하는 경우에는 XLD Agar (KP) [MB-X1060P] 제품으로 구매하시면 됩니다.

* 살모넬라 속이 검출되는 경우에는 검은 중심부를 가진 적색 콜로니가 확인됩니다.

* 해당 배지는 가열멸균 제품이며, 과하게 멸균하는 경우 침전물이 생길 수 있습니다.

* 배지 제조 후 보이는 하얀 눈꽃모양의 성분은 미생물이 아닌, 배지 성분 특성상 자연스레 발생하는 현상이므로 그대로 사용하셔도 됩니다.

XLD (Xylose Lysine Desoxychoalte) Agar [MB-X1060]

Medium used for the isolation of Salmonella spp. from pharmaceutical products.

* Equally use with MFDS (MB-X1060K), QIA (MB-X1060Q) and NIER (MB-X1060N).

PACKAGE

* 500ml x 10 제품의 경우, 500ml 배지를 제조할 수 있는 파우더 양만큼 소분되어있는 제품입니다.

PROCEDURE

Suspend 56.93 G of powder to 1 L of destilled or deionized water. Heat to boiling until completely dissolved. DO NOT AUTOCLAVE. Cool to 45-50°C in water bath. Mix well. Dispense in petri dishes.

STORE

The powder is very hygroscopic. Store the powder at room temperature, in a dry environment, in its original container tightly closed and use it before the expiry date on the label or until signs of deterioration or contamination are evident. Store prepared medium at 2-8°C.
