* Lactobacilli 속을 배양하기 위한 배지입니다.
* 기존에 따로 첨가해야 했던
Tween 80 supplement는 2015년 8월 이후 제조된 파우더 제품부터 파우더 내 성분으로 포함되었습니다.
* 해당 배지는 가열멸균 배지로, 고압멸균이 아닌 가열멸균으로 최대한
열에 노출되는 시간을 적게 하여 멸균해야 하는 배지입니다.

PROCEDURE
Suspend 84.73 G of powder in 1 L of distilled or
deionized water. Add 1.32 mL of Glacial Acetic Acid supplement (MB-G0743). Mix
well. DO NOT AUTOCLAVE. Heat to boiling until completely dissolved. Cool to 45 - 50°C in water
bath. Mix well. Pour into petri dishes.
STORE
The powder is very hygroscopic. Store the powder at room
temperature, in a dry environment, in its original container tightly closed and
use it before the expiry date on the label or until signs of deterioration or
contamination are evident. Store prepared medium at 2 - 8°C.
