* Bifidobacterium 속을 배양하기 위한 배지입니다.
* 필요한 경우 Sheep blood 또는 Horse blood 를 첨가하여 제조하시면
되며, Defibrinated 혈액을 사용하시는 경우에는 유효기간이 제조일로부터 3~4주 정도로 짧으므로 본사 재고 및 유효기간 확인 후 구매하시기 바랍니다.

* 500ml x 10 제품의 경우, 500ml 배지를 제조할 수 있는 파우더 양만큼 소분 되어있는 제품입니다.
PROCEDURE
Suspend 63.38 G of powder in 1 L of distilled or deionized water. Heat to
boiling until completely dissolved. Sterilize by autoclave at 121°C for 15
minutes. Cool to 45 - 50°C in water bath. If necessary aseptically add 5% of
Horse Blood Defibrinated (MB-H1883) or Sheep Blood Defibrinated (MB-S1876).
Pour into tubes.
STORE
The powder is very hygroscopic. Store the powder at room temperature, in a
dry environment, in its original container tightly closed and use it before the
expiry date on the label or until signs of deterioration or contamination are
evident. Store prepared medium at 2 - 8°C.
