* Bifidobacterium 속을 배양하기 위한 선택배양 배지이며 식품공전 내 유산균 수 측정에 사용되는 배지이기도 합니다.
* 유산균 수 측정 : PCA with BCP or MRS Agar or BL Agar 사용
유산간/구균 수 측정 : PCA with BCP
비피더스균 수 측정 : TOS-MUP Agar
* 첨가제의 경우 Sheep blood 또는 Horse Blood를 선택하여 사용하셔야
합니다.
(Blood의 경우, 유효기간이 입고일로부터 약
3~4주 정도로 짧으므로, 실험일정에 맞춰 유효기간 확인
후 구매하세요!)

Medium used for the isolation and
cultivation of Bifidobacterium spp.
* Equally
use with MFDS (MB-B1380K) and QIA (MB-B1380Q).

PROCEDURE
Suspend 60.23 G of powder in 1 L of
distilled or deionized water. Heat to boiling until completely dissolved.
Sterilize by autoclave at 121°C for
15 minutes. Cool to 45 - 50°C in water bath.
Aseptically add 5% of Horse Blood Defibrinated (MB-H1883) or Sheep Blood
Defibrinated (MB-S1876). Mix well. Pour into petri dishes.
STORE
The powder is very hygroscopic. Store the powder at room temperature, in a dry environment, in its original container tightly closed and use it before the expiry date on the label or until signs of deterioration or contamination are evident. Store prepared medium at 2 - 8°C.
