* 권장 보관온도 : 2~25℃, 배지 보관 시 온도변화가 많은 경우 이슬이 생길 수

enumeration of fastidious and non-fastidious microorganisms from a variety of
clinical and non-clinical materials.

PROCEDURE
Suspend 44.0 G of powder in 1 L of distilled or deionized water. Heat to
boiling until completely dissolved. Sterilize by autoclave at 121°C for 15
minutes. Cool to 45 - 50°C in water bath. If necessary, aseptically add 2mL of
Gentamicin supplement (MB-G1833). Mix well. Pour into petri dishes.
