PRINCIPLE OF THE METHOD
L-pyrrolidonyl- β -naphtylamide (PYR) 기질이 함유된 Stick은 세포에 존재하는 효소인 Lpyroglutamyl-aminopeptidase가
존재할 경우 PYR 시약에 의해 붉은색을 띄게 됩니다.
PROCEDURE
• 키트를 꺼내어 실온에 잠시 방치합니다. (시약은 사용 직전에 냉동고에서 꺼냅니다)
• 순수 배양된 의심집락을 선정하여 Stick의 끝부분에 잘 묻혀줍니다.
• PYR-Reagent를 2방울 떨어트립니다.
• 2분 후 색 변화를 확인합니다.
STORE
Store Peptidase A Stick at 2-6°C in its original pack. In such conditions
the product Peptidase A Stick is valid until the expiry date indicated on the
label. Do not use beyond that date. Eliminate without using if there are signs
of deterioration (change of color of the stick).
