PRINCIPLE OF THE METHOD
Oxidase Test swabs는 Cytochrome oxidase 효소를 생성하는 박테리아를 식별하는 키트입니다.
이 효소를 생성하는 미생물은 시약을 떨어트리고 10~30분 이내 보라색이 나타나게 됩니다.
PROCEDURE
• 키트를 꺼내어 실온에 잠시 방치합니다. (시약은 사용 직전에 냉동고에서 꺼냅니다)
• 키트에서 면봉을 꺼내 순수 배양된 의심 집락을 끝에 묻혀줍니다.
• 30초 이내에 색 변화를 확인합니다.
STORE
Keep Oxidase Test Swabs at 2-6°C in their original packaging protected
from sunlight. Keep them away from sources of heat and avoid excessive
temperature fluctuations. In these conditions, Oxidase Test Swabs are valid
until the expiry date shown on the label. Do not use them beyond that date.
Dispose of them if they show signs of deterioration (swab changes color).
