Asparagine Enrichment Broth [MB-A1138]

Medium used for the identification and cultivation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

* Equally use with NIER (MB-A1138N).
* 먹는물 수질공정 규격과 동일한 제품입니다.

PACKAGE

* 500ml x 10 제품의 경우, 500ml 배지를 제조할 수 있는 파우더 양만큼 소분되어있는 제품입니다.

PROCEDURE

Suspend 4.5 G of powder in 1 L of distilled or deionized water. If necessary, add 8 mL of Glycerol supplement (MB-G1821). Heat to boiling until completely dissolved. Sterilize by autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes. Cool to 45 - 50°C in water bath. Pour into tubes. In the case of three strength medium, dissolve 13.5 G of dehydrated medium in 1 L of distilled or deionized water and proceed as the single strength medium.

STORE

The powder is very hygroscopic. Store the powder at room temperature, in a dry environment, in its original container tightly closed and use it before the expiry date on the label. Store prepared medium at 2 - 8°C.
