PRINCIPLE OF THE METHOD

Indole은 아미노산 트립토판 대사 분해 산물 중 하나이며, 효소 트립토파나아제를 소유한 박테리아는 인돌, 피루브산 및 암모니아를 생산할 수 있습니다.

PROCEDURE

• 냉장고에서 키트를 꺼내 실온에 방치합니다.

• 멸균된 루프를 사용하여 순수 배양된 의심집락을 배지에 접종하여 배양합니다.

• 배양 후 Kovac’s reagent 2~3방울을 첨가합니다.

• 즉시 붉은색이 나타나면 Indole 양성으로 판정합니다.

STORE

Store Kovac’s - Reagent at 2-8°C away from light in its original package, until the expiry date shown on the label. However, our stability studies have shown that the storage or transport at 18-25°C for 4 days, or at 35-39°C for 48 hours, do not alter in any way the performance of the product. Eliminate if signs of deterioration or contamin -ation are evident.
