* 먹는물 수질공전에 따라 실험 시 대장균군을 배양하기 위한 배지입니다.

* 해당 배지는 제조 후 암소에서 4일 내에 사용해야 하는 배지이므로, 모든 성분이 첨가된 상태로는 생배지로 제조하실 수 없습니다. (제조 요청 시 그대로 제작은 가능하나 유효기간이 짧기 때문에 아래 특허내용 확인 후 중탕배지로 사용하거나, 유효기간이 짧은 상태로 사용해야 합니다.)

* 해당 배지는 가열멸균 배지이므로 과멸균 시 침전물이 과다 생성될 수 있으므로 주의하여 제조해야하는 배지입니다.

PROCEDURE

Suspend 51.05 G of powder in 980 mL of distilled or deionized water. Add 20 mL of ethyl alcohol 95%. If necessary, adjust pH to 7.2 ± 0.2. Heat to boiling until completely dissolved. DO NOT AUTOCLAVE. Cool to 45 - 50°C in water bath. Mix well. Pour into petri dishes.

**Plates should be protected from light and use within 96 hours.

STORE

The powder is very hygroscopic. Store the powder at room temperature, in a dry environment, in its original container tightly closed and use it before the expiry date on the label.
