* 해당 배지는 가열멸균 제품이며, 과하게 멸균하는 경우 침전물이
생길 수 있습니다.

PROCEDURE
Suspend 59.03 G of powder in 1 L of distilled or
deionized water. Add 2 vials of XLT 4 supplement (MB-X1871). Heat to boiling
until completely dissolved. Avoid overheating. DO NOT AUTOCLAVE. Cool to
45-50°C in water bath. Dispense in petri dishes.
STORE
The powder is very hygroscopic. Store the powder at room
temperature, in a dry environment, in its original container tightly closed and
use it before the expiry date on the label or until signs of deterioration or
contamination are evident. Store prepared medium at 2 - 8°C.
