PROCEDURE
Suspend 34.7 G of powder in 1 L of distilled or deionized water or 69.4 G
of powder in 1 L of distilled or deionized water for double strength medium.
Heat to boiling until completely dissolved. Sterilize by autoclave at 121¡ÆC for 15 minutes. Cool to 45-50¡ÆC
in water bath. Dispense in final containers. If necessary dispense the medium
before autoclave. In the case of three times strength medium, dissolve 104.1 G
of dehydrated medium in 1 L of distilled or deionized water and proceed as the
single strength medium.

dry environment, in its original container tightly closed and use it before the
expiry date on the label or until signs of deterioration or contamination are
evident. Store prepared medium at 2-8¡ÆC.
