* 권장 보관온도 : 2~25℃, 배지 보관 시 온도변화가 많은 경우 이슬이 생길 수
있으니 참고 부탁드립니다. (기산바이오 생배지는 습기 조절을 위해 흡습제가 동봉되어 있습니다.)

PROCEDURE
Suspend 39.0 G of powder in 1 L of distilled or deionized water. Heat to
boiling until completely dissolved. Sterilize by autoclave at 121°C for 15
minutes. Cool to 45 - 50°C in water bath. Mix well. Pour into petri dishes. If
necessary, adjust the pH to 3.5 ± 0.1 by adding a sterile solution of Tartaric
Acid (MB-T1103).
