INTERPRETATION OF THE RESULTS

The development of a purple-blue color within 10 - 30 minutes indicates a positive reaction. Interpret the results according to the table;

PRINCIPLE OF THE METHOD

Hippuricase 효소 생성 박테리아를 식별하고 결정하기 위해 사용되는 키트로, B군 연쇄상구균과 일부 다른 박테리아에는 Hippuricase 효소가 포함되어 있고 이는 Hippuric acid를 가수분해하여 Ninhydrin 시약으로 감지할 수 있습니다.

PROCEDURE

• 키트를 꺼내어 실온에 잠시 방치합니다.

• 시험관에 멸균 증류수 0.2mL를 첨가합니다.

• 멸균된 루프를 사용하여 순수 배양된 의심 집락을 접종하고 잘 섞습니다.

• 포함된 disc를 tube에 넣고 36±1℃에서 2시간 동안 배양합니다.

• 배양 후 닌히드린 시약 3~4방울을 tube에 넣고 잘 섞습니다.

• 36±1℃에서 10~30분 동안 재배양하고 배양하는 동안 10분 간격으로 현탁액의 색상 변화를 관찰합니다.

• 30분 이상 배양 시 위양성 반응이 관찰될 수 있으므로 배양 시간을 준수합니다.

STORE

Store the Hippurate Test at 2 - 6°C in its original package tightly closed and use it before the expiry date on the label. Keep away from sources of heat and avoid excessive changes of temperature.
