* 화장품 원료 전처리에 사용되는
희석액 입니다.
* 배지 내에 Lecithin (중화제)과 Tween
80 (계면활성제)가 포함되어 있어 화장품의 중화 및 희석액으로 적합한 배지입니다.
* 배지 성분에 수분을 머금는
성분이 포함되어 있어 습도가 많은 곳에서 오래 보관 시 배지가 뭉칠 수 있으나 배지 성능에는 문제가 없으니 안심하고 사용하셔도 됩니다.
* 해당 파우더는 냉장보관 제품입니다.

Medium used for the identification and determination of
the antimicrobial activity of quaternary ammonium
compounds and the microbial analysis of cosmetics.

* 500ml x 10 제품의 경우, 500ml 배지를 제조할 수 있는 파우더 양만큼 소분되어있는 제품입니다.
PROCEDURE
Suspend 42.8 G of powder in 1 L of distilled or deionized
water. Heat to boiling until completely dissolved. Sterilize by autoclave at
121°C for 15 minutes. Cool to 45 - 50°C in water bath. Pour into tubes.
STORE
The powder is very hygroscopic. Store the powder
at 2 - 8°C, in a dry environment, in
its original container tightly closed and use it before the expiry date on the
label. Store prepared medium at 2 - 8°C.
