PRINCIPLE OF THE METHOD
철 화합물을 함유한 키트로서 황화수소 생성을 감지할 수 있습니다.
PROCEDURE
• 키트를 꺼내어 실온에 잠시 방치합니다.
• 멸균된 루프 등을 이용하여 순수배양된 의심집락을 tube에 잘 섞어줍니다.
• 36±1℃에서
4시간에서 최대 24시간까지 배양합니다.
• 결과를 확인합니다.
STORE
Store H2S Rapid Test at 2-6 °C in its original package. In such
conditions the product is valid until the expiry date shown on the label. Do
not use after expiry date. Dispose of them if they show signs of deterioration.
