PRINCIPLE OF THE METHOD
Esculin Bile 검사는 D군 연쇄상구균 검출을 위한 배지로 구성되었으며, 미생물이 Esculin을 가수분해하는 능력이 있는 경우 배지의 Iron salt와
반응하여 검은색으로 변하게 됩니다.
PROCEDURE
• 키트를 꺼내어 실온에 잠시 방치합니다.
• 0.3mL의 Physiological solution
[MB-20095]를 첨가합니다.
• 멸균된 루프 등을 이용하여 순수배양된 의심집락을 tube에 접종하고 잘 섞어줍니다.
• 36±1℃에서 18시간에서 최대 24시간까지 배양합니다.
• 결과를 확인합니다.
STORE
Store Esculin Bile Test at 2-6 °C in its original package. In such
conditions the product is valid until the expiry date shown on the label. Do
not use them beyond that date. Dispose of them if they show signs of
deterioration.
