PRINCIPLE OF THE METHOD
해당 키트는 그람양성 및 그람음성 미생물에 의한 베타 락타마제 생성으로 인한 암피실린-페니실린
내성을 검출하기 위한 스틱형 신속 검사입니다.
PROCEDURE
• 키트를 꺼내어 실온에 잠시 방치합니다.
• 용기에서 스틱을 꺼냅니다.
• 순수 배양된 의심 집락을 백금이 또는 멸균 Loop 등을 이용하여 스틱 끝부분의 종이에
스트레킹합니다.
• 빈 플레이트에 스틱을 놓고 배양하며, 해당 반응에는 수분이 필요하므로 소량의 수분을 플레이트
내부 또는 스틱 자체에 살짝 적셔줍니다.
STORE
Keep Beta Lactamase Stick at -20°C in their original
packaging protected from sunlight. Keep them away from sources of heat. In
these conditions, Beta Lactamase Stick are valid until the expiry date shown on
the label. Do not use them beyond that date. Dispose of them if they show signs
of deterioration (sticks changes color).
