* Mycobacterium 속의 배양을 위한 배지입니다.

* 배지 100mL 제조 시 200mL의 Egg-Homogenate가 첨가되며 (총 300mL 제조) 별도의 고형제 첨가 없이 계란 노른자 성분으로 배지를 굳히는 원리입니다.

* Egg-Homogenate [MB-E1810] 제품의 유효기간은 약 2주로 매우 짧으므로 본사 재고 및 유효기간, 입고일정 확인 후 구매바랍니다.

1% Ogawa Medium [MB-O2215]

Medium used for the isolation and cultivation of Mycobacterium spp.

PACKAGE

 * 500ml x 10 제품의 경우, 500ml 배지를 제조할 수 있는 파우더 양만큼 소분 되어있는 제품입니다.

* Malachite Green Solution 2%

PROCEDURE

Suspend 2.0 G of powder in 100 mL of distilled or deionized water. Add 6 mL of Glycerol supplement (MB-G1821) and 6 mL of Malachite Green Solution 2% (MB-M0745). Heat to boiling until completely dissolved. Sterilize by autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes. Cool to 45 - 50°C in water bath. Aseptically and 200 mL of Egg-Homogenate (MB-E1810). Mix well. Pour into tubes to 5 mL. Arrange tubes in a slanted position. Coagulate and inspissate at 85 - 90°C for 60 minutes.

STORE

The powder is very hygroscopic. Store the powder at room temperature, in a dry environment, in its original container tightly closed and use it before the expiry date on the label or until signs of deterioration or contamination are evident. Store prepared medium at 2 - 8°C.
