Medium used for the isolation and identification of
Enterococcal group D Streptococci
from non-enterococcal group D Streptococci
based on salt tolerance.

10 Á¦Ç°ÀÇ °æ¿ì, 500ml ¹èÁö¸¦ Á¦Á¶ÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ´Â ÆÄ¿ì´õ ¾ç¸¸Å ¼ÒºÐ µÇ¾îÀÖ´Â Á¦Ç°ÀÔ´Ï´Ù.
PROCEDURE
Suspend 86.02 G of powder in 1 L of distilled or
deionized water. Heat to boiling until completely dissolved. Sterilized by
autoclave at 121¡ÆC for 15 minutes. Cool to 45 - 50¡ÆC in water bath. Mix well.
Pour into tubes.
STORE
The powder is very hygroscopic. Store the powder at room
temperature, in a dry environment, in its original container tightly closed and
use it before the expiry date on the label. Store prepared medium at 2 - 8¡ÆC.
