PRINCIPLE OF THE METHOD

오르니틴 탈탄산효소 검사는 아르기닌의 탈탄산을 기반으로 미생물, 특히 엔테로박테리아를 식별하고 결정하는 데 사용되는 키트입니다. 이 배지의 설탕은 모든 엔테로박테리아에 의해 발효되어 지시약 시스템의 초기 색상이 보라색에서 노란색으로 바뀝니다. 산성

배지는 푸트레신의 형성과 함께 아미노산 탈탄산을 지원합니다. 아민 생성은 배지를 알칼리화하고 노란색에서 보라색으로 새로운 지시약 색상 변화를 유도합니다. 음성 반응은 튜브에서 노란색이 나타나는 것으로 표시되고 양성 반응은 보라색으로 표시됩니다.

PROCEDURE

• 키트를 꺼내어 실온에 잠시 방치합니다.

• 멸균된 루프를 사용하여 순수 배양된 의심 집락을 접종하고 잘 섞습니다.

• Vaseline oil [MB-80278]을 2~3방울 첨가합니다.

• 36±1℃에서 4시간에서 최대 24시간까지 배양하며 색상 변화를 관찰합니다.

STORE

Store Ornithine Decarboxylase Test at 2 - 6°C away from light in its original package, until the expiry date shown on the label. Keep away from sources of heat and avoid excessive changes of temperature. Do not use after expiry date. Dispose of them if they show signs of deterioration. Eliminate if signs of deterioration or contamination are evident.
