PRINCIPLE OF THE METHOD

Chlopromazine은 Catalse와 Peroxidase 효소 활성을 위한 기질을 나타내는 분자이며, 세균 균주를 구별하고 식별하는 데 사용됩니다.

PROCEDURE

• 키트를 꺼내어 실온에 잠시 방치합니다.

• 0.2mL의 Physiological solution [MB-20095]를 첨가합니다.

• 멸균된 루프 등을 이용하여 순수배양된 의심집락을 tube에 접종하고 tube 내의 기질이 완전히 녹을 때까지 잘 섞어줍니다.

• 4~5분 동안 기다려줍니다.

• 4~5방울의 H₂O₂ Reagent [MB-80057]을 넣어준 뒤 결과를 확인합니다.

STORE

Store Catalase / Oxy Test at 2-6°C in the original packaging. Keep away from sources of heat and avoid excessive changes in temperature. In such conditions, Catalase / Oxy Test will remain valid until the expiry date indicated on the label. Do not use beyond that date. Eliminate without using if there are signs of deterioration.
