* 식품공전 규격과 동일하며, 클로스트리디움 보툴리늄균의 분리배양 실험에 기재된 배지입니다.
* 혐기조건에 예민한 균을 배양하는 경우, 제조된 시판배지를 사용하는 것보다 분주 과정부터 혐기조건을 맞추어 직접 제작하는 것을 추천드립니다.

* 500ml x 10 제품의 경우, 500ml 배지를 제조할 수 있는 파우더 양만큼 소분되어있는 제품입니다.
PROCEDURE
Suspend 55.0 G of powder in 1 L of distilled or
deionized water. Heat to boiling until completely dissolved. Sterilize by
autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes. Cool to 45 - 50°C in water bath. Aseptically
add 40 mL of Egg Yolk Emulsion (MB-E1864). Mix well. Pour into petri dishes.
STORE
The powder is very hygroscopic. Store the powder at
room temperature, in a dry environment, in its original container tightly
closed and use it before the expiry date on the label or until signs of
deterioration or contamination are evident. Store prepared medium at 2 - 8°C.
